Kaori’s superpower is building authentic connections — with clients, communities, and local organizations.
Here are some examples of events she has co-organized.

CIC Tokyo

March 6, 2025

We partnered with Tokyo’s Global Innovation Hub to support the local startup ecosystem.
This event featured a panel discussion with four VCs and female AI startup founders, exploring the future of innovation and investment.

We also recorded a podcast interview to spotlight their missions, values, and a major upcoming tech conference in 2025.

More than 80 people attended the event, where we explored one powerful theme: what we learn from failure.

For startup founders, resilience isn’t optional — it’s essential.

The event focused on the importance of personalized finance for digital nomads and immigrant founders, highlighting how financial well-being is essential when building a life and business in a new country.

Over 60 participants attended the event, where we explored the future of Japan’s startup ecosystem through two panel discussions.
As founders — especially immigrant founders — we also emphasized the importance of planning for a healthy and sustainable life while building a business abroad.

In addition, we hosted a large panel discussion in January, bringing together leaders from other nonprofit organizations to build momentum and cross-community collaboration.
